1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, broken, or unusable upon delivery.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- The product has missing parts, accessories, or components.
- The product remains unused and in its original condition.
- The return request is submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned with:
- Original packaging and box (if applicable)
- Warranty card (if applicable)
- User manual and accessories
- Invoice or proof of purchase
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, rust, stains, or physical damage caused by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or warranty cards.
- Products that have already been installed, cut, modified, or used in construction work.
- Clearance sale, discounted, promotional, or special-offer products marked as non-returnable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide your Order ID along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review the evidence and verify the claim.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support through phone, email, WhatsApp, or Facebook page.
- Share your Order ID and details of the issue.
- Submit supporting photos or videos if requested.
- Wait for return approval from our support team.
- Pack the product securely with all accessories and original packaging.
- Ship the product back according to our instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Mobile Banking refunds may be processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment service providers.
Refunds may be partially or fully rejected if the returned product does not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
6. Exchange Policy
Instead of a refund, customers may request a product exchange when:
- The product is defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
7. Delivery & Return Shipping Charges
If the issue is caused by Nafisa Traders:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective product supplied
- Product damaged before delivery
Nafisa Traders will bear all return and replacement shipping costs.
If the return is requested for other valid reasons:
- The customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
8. Warranty Claims
Many hardware and industrial products may be covered by manufacturer or supplier warranties.
For warranty-covered products:
- Warranty terms vary by product and brand.
- Customers must retain the purchase invoice.
- Warranty service does not automatically qualify a product for refund.
